This is a most delightful, 2 storey house in one of the nicest locations in the historic centre of Velez-Malaga town.  Located on a picturesque street just above the beautiful Beniel Palace and cultural centre, the property is just a few moments’ stroll from the many monuments of the old part of town, with easy parking within a very short walk.  It is not in the high part of the town, and there are no endless steps to climb!

The double front door leads into a spacious hallway (4.5 x 2m), with high ceilings and an elegant archway opening out into the living room beyond.  To the left of the hallway, a door leads into the downstairs bedroom, although if not required, this room could be converted into a dining room (5 x 2.25m).
